Pinehurst Apartments Refurbishment

Pinehurst Apartments refurbishment saw the complete upgrade of the ramp through to the carpark, Level 1 entry and foyer, the lift entry and foyer, and the Level 2 Pool Bathroom, Sauna Room and Bathroom, lift foyer and entrance to gardens and pool area, plus powder room/disability bathroom.  With all new cabinetry and lounge/foyer walls and floors in a natural coastal interior look.

Scope of Works
  • Provision of all insurances, contract and project management to perform the works

  • Level 1 – ramp through to carpark included new tiles to carpark ramp and handrails

  • Fire Hydrant door and firedoors replaced

  • Foyer back wall with VJ Cladding, feature tile and timber post features

  • Timber ply ceiling feature for lift lobby

  • Level 2 – New 2 Pac cabinetry, floor tiles and feature walls

  • Remove existing doorway to open hallway to disability bathroom

  • Clean, refresh and update existing timber in sauna.  New tiled floor and tap

  • Sauna spa bathroom; pool bathroom and powder room/disability toilet – all new tiles, new paint and vanity, toilet, taps, basins, WC. Plumbing to be moved for vanity

  • Carry out all inspections as necessary to obtain building completion certification.

  • Project Management

Design, Execution, Safety & Quality

Linkbuild Construction shall provide project management services including but not limited to, the management and supervision of the activities listed below and as required during the implementation of the Works:

  • Project management including that of all sub-contractor activities. This management shall include co-ordination of all interfaces, activities and progress reporting.

  • Procurement, expediting, transport and delivery of all material and supplied materials and equipment.

  • All scheduling and manpower planning requirements.

  • Supervision and direction of all installation and testing.

  • Commissioning scheduling including manpower and test equipment requirements.

  • Administration, cost control and document control.

  • Liaison with the Client representative and design consultants.
